As a member of Le Creuset’s Finance team, you’ll help shape the financial heartbeat of a brand known for timeless design and vibrant colour. From budgeting and reporting to analysis and compliance, you’ll ensure our numbers tell a clear, accurate story that supports smart decision-making across the business. This role blends attention to detail with big-picture thinking - perfect for someone who loves balancing creativity with precision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role will oversee monthly closing processes, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination and budget management
Month-End Closing & General Ledger
Lead month-end closing activities, including sales, accounts receivable (AR), inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Oversee General Ledger (GL) management and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Prepare and review monthly closing packages for local meetings.
credit risk and credit limits.
Sales & Accounts Receivable Management
Issue and manage sales tax invoices.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
Conduct AR aging analysis and perform monthly reconciliations.
Manage customer credit risk and credit limits.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements (FS) for headquarters reporting (ACP).
Prepare Inventory & Sales reports on semi-annual basis
Generate monthly channel discount rate analysis reports for local review
Support regular and ad hoc reporting requests from headquarters.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Prepare and file local tax reports, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax
Support preparation of statutory audit reports.
Maintain and update corporate documents (Articles of Incorporation, Corporate Registry, Business Registration Certificate, etc.).
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate and respond to external financial audits.
Address tax-related issues and inquiries.
Support legal and regulatory compliance matters.
Budget & Performance Management
Manage budget versus actual performance analysis.
Prepare Rolling Budget (RB) reports.
Provide variance analysis and financial insights to management
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of accounting experience (preferably in multinational companies).
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations.
Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Native Korean speaker required
