The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

As an IT Analyst, you play a key role in delivering a seamless, secure, and modern technology experience for associates across the organization. You are passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping associates get the most out of the tools they use every day. Acting as a trusted resource for end users, you provide technical support, maintain workplace technology solutions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, and the overall employee experience. You approach challenges with a customer-first mindset and continuously look for opportunities to simplify and improve how technology supports the business.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

End-User Support & Service Delivery

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for associates across corporate, retail, and distribution environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage and fulfill service requests, incidents, and escalations while meeting established service levels.

  • Deliver a positive end-user experience through effective communication, follow-up, and issue resolution.

  • Participate in rotating On-Call support during weeknights and weekends

Digital Workplace Administration

  • Support and maintain end-user devices, including Windows and Apple hardware.

  • Assist with endpoint management administration and device lifecycle activities through Intune and other management platforms.

  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.

  • Assist with the rollout, adoption, and support of new workplace technologies and digital tools.

User Access & Asset Management

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, access provisioning, equipment deployment, and asset recovery.

  • Maintain accurate records of technology assets, inventories, and user assignments.

  • Ensure user accounts and device configurations align with company standards and policies.

Security & Compliance Support

  • Support technology security initiatives by maintaining device compliance standards and assisting with endpoint protection activities.

  • Partner with Information Security and other IT teams to identify and address risks affecting end-user technology.

  • Follow established policies and procedures related to data protection, access management, and technology governance.

Continuous Improvement & Project Support

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, user experience, and service delivery.

  • Participate in technology projects, system upgrades, deployments, and testing activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to support business needs and technology initiatives.

The Perfect Blend:
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting end-user technology, help desk operations, desktop support, or digital workplace environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.

  • Familiarity with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and device lifecycle management practices.

  • Understanding of user account administration, identity and access management fundamentals, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support associates of varying technical skill levels.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and continuously improve processes and services.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
