We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured HR & Payroll colleague to join our small team on a fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, working 25-37 hours per week.
In this role, you will support HR and payroll processes across the Scandinavian countries, making accuracy, organization, and a proactive mindset key to success. If you enjoy working with details, collaborating across borders, and being part of a close-knit team, we would love to hear from you.
Administration of payroll for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Estonia through an outsourced payroll process
Management of all reimbursement and government compensation cases across the countries in collaboration with payroll providers
Primary point of contact for payroll partners regarding payroll, vacation, and pension matters in all countries
Support to the HR Director in ensuring GDPR compliance in collaboration with the Group Legal Team
Registration, maintenance, and quality assurance of employee data in the HR system
Preparation of employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
Administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes
Administration of employee insurance programs in collaboration with the Finance Department
Support to the HR Director in the administration of company pension schemes and pension policies
Preparation of HR reports for internally and LC Group as needed
Facility management (cleaning, aircon, security, janitorial, etc.)
Administrative support to the HR Director in matters related to the Working Environment Organization (AMO)
Maintenance and updating of HR processes, policies, and documentation, including the Employee Handbook
Supporting compliance with employment legislation across all countries
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations
Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English
Structured approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to see tasks through to completion
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with payroll administration in the Nordic countries
Recruitment experience
Knowledge of Swedish and/or Norwegian Unions/CLA's
