This role leads the brand’s strategic, commercial, and operational activities across the United States—one of Le Creuset’s largest and most vital markets. The President will be responsible for delivering profitable growth, elevating brand equity, deepening consumer engagement, and strengthening organizational capabilities in alignment with global brand values.

Strategic Leadership
Set and execute the U.S. market strategy aligned with global objectives, including growth, profitability, brand strength, and innovation.
Identify market opportunities, emerging consumer trends, and category expansion avenues.
Act as a key voice in the global leadership team, advocating for U.S. market insights and perspectives.
Commercial Excellence
Lead omnichannel growth, including DTC eCommerce, branded retail stores, wholesale, and emerging channels.
Build and optimize pricing, product, and promotional strategies tailored to U.S. consumer behavior.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to grow brand affinity and consumer loyalty.
Brand Stewardship
Uphold and elevate Le Creuset’s premium brand positioning in the U.S. market.
Guide U.S. marketing, PR, and retail strategies to ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance with consumers.
Serve as the public face of Le Creuset US for key media, partners, and stakeholders.
Operational & Financial Oversight
Drive strong financial performance, ensuring EBITDA growth, cost discipline, and operational scalability.
Oversee manufacturing partnerships, supply chain, logistics, and retail operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all business practices.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional executive team.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
Attract and retain top talent while nurturing internal succession planning.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in premium/luxury consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success leading a business unit or market P&L at the C-suite or GM level in the U.S. market.
Strong strategic acumen with a track record of driving both growth and operational excellence.
Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and digital transformation.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
