Location: SOMERSET WEST, SOUTH AFRICA
Employment Type: FULL TIME, ONSITE

At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story.

We are seeking a meticulous, energetic, and highly organised Housekeeper & Studio Event Coordinator to manage the day-to-day care, aesthetics, and event hospitality of our premium Somerset West content studio. This is not a traditional domestic or commercial cleaning role. You will be the custodian of a fast-paced, high-end creative environment where corporate feasts, product launches, brand photoshoots, and digital content creation happen daily. You will ensure the studio is permanently "camera-ready," manage high-end kitchen and premium cookware assets, and provide exceptional front-of-house hospitality support during live events and client shoots.
Premium Housekeeping & Visual Presentation (Camera-Ready Care)
Deep Styling & Cleanliness: Maintain immaculate cleanliness across all studio zones (kitchen, workspaces, bathrooms, etc.), ensuring the space is always ready for high-definition filming.
Premium Asset Management: Clean and organise high-end kitchenware and delicate studio props. Ensure inventory is tracked and zero damage occurs during cleaning.
Turnaround Management: Swiftly reset rooms, furniture layouts, and prop kitchens between different client shoots and brand sessions.
Event Coordination & Live Shoot Hospitality
Front-of-House Hosting: Welcome guests, brand partners, and production crews to the studio, managing refreshments and basic guest comfort.
Event Setup & Strike: Assist with setting up tables, display stands, and dining spaces for hosted dinners, product launches, and media events (handling groups of up to 50 guests). Coordinate the post-event cleanup and reset.
Back-of-House Kitchen Support: Work alongside guest chefs or content creators during culinary shoots—managing prep space cleanliness, handling continuous dishwashing/sanitation, and assisting with ingredient staging.
Studio Logistics & Stock Control
Procurement: Monitor and manage stock levels for studio consumables, including cleaning detergents, fresh flowers, coffee station supplies, and basic hospitality groceries.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external suppliers when required (e.g., commercial laundry services for studio linens, waste management, or specialized maintenance teams).
Health & Safety: Ensure all sanitation standards are strictly upheld, particularly in the active food-prep and kitchen shoot areas.
Carry out from time to time and as directed, tasks in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar multi-faceted role within luxury hospitality (boutique hotels, high-end guest lodges), premium culinary spaces, or busy commercial photographic/film studios.
Eye for Detail: An innate understanding of luxury aesthetics, premium brand placement, and what it means for a space to look visually perfect for the camera
Stamina & Adaptability: High energy levels with the physical stamina to manage large event cleanups and fast-paced shoot transitions. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on the event schedule.
Communication: Fluent in English with a warm, professional, and discreet demeanour around staff and high-profile guests.
Tech Literacy: Comfort using basic smartphone apps (WhatsApp, basic inventory or calendar tracking) to coordinate schedules with the studio team.
Transport (Advantageous): independent transport is highly preferred for occasional ad-hoc studio runs or stock collection.
At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history. Our table is grounded in our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation and Teamwork.
Every talent will add flavor. Every idea brings colour. And every day is a chance to create something that lasts. With the passion you bring, you become part of a timeless legacy, one that brings people together around food, stories, and meaningful shared moments.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital or civil partnership status, race, ethnic or national origin. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
