This 1-year temporary position supports the Finance team at our Swiss headquarters and plays a key role in the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable. The role involves verifying and processing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, and coordinating approvals prior to payment. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the position contributes to timely, compliant, and well-organized operations in accounting while gaining hands-on experience in an international HQ environment.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other related documents or records
AP posting/Reconciliation
ICO goods sales
Support in AR and Bank posting/Reconciliation
Orders related support to subsidiaries
Managing orders (missing prices or blocked items)
Maintenance of prices in the ERP
Support the preparation of the payment proposals
Support for the yearly audit
Other ad hoc activities and/or projects support
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
Limited professional experience in a similar role within operating companies
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Strong computer literacy, including MS Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 is an advantage
Excellent command of English required; knowledge of additional languages (German, French, or Italian) is an asset
