As Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and bringing the brand to life across Australia and New Zealand. Leading brand strategy, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives, this role drives brand desirability, consistency, and commercial impact. You’ll oversee brand campaigns, PR and influencer activity, retail marketing, store activations and new store openings, delivering a consistent, premium brand experience at every customer touchpoint.
Shape and deliver seasonal and NPD campaign strategies aligned to global and local brand direction, bringing launches and promotions to life across all channels.
Lead NPD launches end to end, including campaign planning, sales presenters, campaign packs and rollout of support materials nationally.
Own brand consistency across every touchpoint, ensuring messaging is aligned across campaigns, retail, PR, influencer activity, social and eDM communications.
Oversee PR and influencer activity, including mailer strategies, gifting programs and briefing creative assets to design.
Drive retail marketing excellence, leading Signature Boutique and Outlet activations, in-store demonstrations, and premium shopping centre visibility (digital and physical).
Act as marketing project lead for new store openings, delivering timelines, collateral, checklists and seamless collaboration with Retail teams.
Lead national marketing initiatives including training roadshows, ensuring demonstration materials, VM execution and presentations reflect brand positioning.
Own the national marketing calendar, partnering closely with Product, VM and key stakeholders, and delivering post-campaign insights and reporting.
Proven experience in brand management within premium consumer brands, with experience leading retail activations and VM alignment across multiple channels.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications and or Business
Demonstrated success managing PR/influencer programs and KOL activations.
Strong campaign planning skills from brief to execution and post-launch review; excellent stakeholder management.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Canva, Insider and Sprout
Adobe Creative Suite basic knowledge
Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Creative and imaginative with a keen eye for detail
