The Recipe for Success:
You are hands-on, people-first leader who knows how to bring out the best in a warehouse team. You set clear expectations, lead from the floor and hold your team accountable in a way that builds trust and momentum. You’re comfortable making decisions, adapting quickly, and trying new ways of working as systems, processes and priorities evolve.
You develop your team with an eye toward growth and performance, and you understand how your shift supports broader company goals. You’ll lead hourly warehouse associates across functions like picking and packing, inventory control, material handling, and receiving, while keeping safety, accuracy, and productivity front and center.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team: Coach, support, and hold warehouse associates accountable through clear expectations, feedback, and hands-on leadership
Run safe, efficient operations: Oversee daily warehouse activity to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
Maintain operational excellence: Keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly by managing priorities, solving problems in real time, and supporting inventory accuracy
Communicate and align: Share goals, updates, and expectations clearly so teams stay informed, focused, and aligned each shift
The Perfect Blend:
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience with team leadership responsibility
Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners, and basic computer applications
Weekend Shift (
Saturday, Sunday, Monday
5:30am – 6:30pm)
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and safely lift up to 70 pounds
