  • Operational process execution — Execute core HR processes (contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, ...) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Group policies.

  • Legal & policy compliance — Ensure continuous compliance with Spanish/Portuguese labor law, collective agreements, Health & Safety, GDPR, and internal HR frameworks.

  • Employee relations — Manage local labor cases (disciplinary, performance, grievances, exits) and ensure compliant documentation across the employee lifecycle.

  • Strategy execution — Translate regional People & Organization strategy into market‑level HR actions and support transformation initiatives.

  • Talent & performance cycles — Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management campaigns.

  • Capability building — Drive leadership development and capability‑building initiatives aligned with regional and Group priorities.

  • Group HR rollouts — Deploy Group HR initiatives in Iberia and provide feedback on local implementation needs.

  • Continuous improvement — Identify operational inefficiencies and support ongoing improvement of HR delivery and processes.
